Our Story
Maxcam POV was born from a simple idea: some memories are too important to leave behind in the field.
We're avid hunters and outdoorsmen ourselves, and for years, POV cameras have given hunters a unique way to relive the moments that make time outdoors so special. From the anticipation of a hunt to the shot and everything that happens in between, being able to capture those experiences from your own point of view creates memories you can share and revisit for years to come.
When Tactacam discontinued its POV camera line, we saw more than a product going away. We saw something we personally used and believed in disappearing from the outdoor industry.
So, we decided to do something about it.
We acquired the intellectual property behind the POV camera line and set out to give it a new home and a new future. Maxcam POV was born.
Simple. Reliable.
Built for the Outdoors.
Our goal is straightforward: provide outdoorsmen with an affordable, simple, and reliable way to capture their experiences in the field.
You shouldn't need complicated equipment or an expensive camera setup to record the moments that matter. A POV camera should be easy to use, built for the outdoors, and ready when the moment arrives.
It's About More Than a Camera.
It's about the first hunt with your son or daughter. The buck you've spent all season chasing. A morning in the turkey woods with friends. The hunt you've waited years to take.
And all the little moments in between that make us want to keep coming back.
We're Hunters Too.
We understand that when the moment happens, the last thing you want to be thinking about is your camera.
